added back distance check when interacting with monsters and bots from your team because it's just annoying

Added back distance restrictions for bots

bots don't heal you from 1km
and guards don't confiscate stuff from fabricators instantly

Removed IgnoreInterruptDistance from ConversationAction.ShouldInterrupt
It was breaking conversations with loops e.g. unlockpath dialogs
I'm surprised no one reported that, this just bricks unlock patch dialog for a round if you're too far away

replaced Talk, Examine labels with: Mission, Unlock Path, event id
At least in singleplayer
Because i'm constantly triggering events controlling the wrong character

Calibrated ghost detector on previous case

Turns out that almost any patch can randomly die for no reason

So, idk how to fix it, those ghosts appear only in precompiled version, so i'll just compile it at runtime

It'll load 1.5 sec longer, but at least there will be no ghosts in it

Replaced StartRound and EndRound harmony patches with roundStart and roundEnd lua hooks
