Removed bottom gap from the list so now it should fit all buttons perfectly without gaps

Made list ignore text height so it doesn't resize to it

"fixed" compatibility with other GUI mods
Made UI size relative to screen height
Looks great on my machine xd
If it doesn't look ok on your screen - send screen shots, i have no way to test it

localized outpost manager name
disabled interactions in freecam
