Idle movement will now always be active when this wallpaper is being used as a screensaver.

Idle movement can now be toggled off, on and ALWAYS on.

The random movement will now dynamically adjust it´s horizontal range based on the aspect ratio of the users screen.
This way the particles will spread all across the screen even on 21:9 and 32:9 aspect ratio screens.

Particle layer origin is now unified into one script.

When the curser has not moved for a short while, the script will simulate random curser positions for each layer. Making it so that the particles don´t just orbit the curser when idle anymore.

Added "Low Quality" user property that will reduce particle count by 60%.

Fixed collision detection not working half the time due to internal WE script execution order.
All particle layers origins are now calculated simultaneously at the start of each frame.

Every particle system should now affect each of the other particle systems when colliding with them.
Adjusted particle system in response to that change.

Improved performance a lot.

Minor changes to collision system
Fixed collision only happening along the center X-axis. Particles should now interact a lot more reliably.

Cleaned up user properties while adding some more options for customization.
