Moved the Marine Radar Logic block that was outside of the bridge to a more vertical position so you could walk around without getting stuck.

Added electric chargers for all the landing areas so that you can keep your helicopter charged since the batteries will drain with the small connectors staying on holding the helicopter in position. There are electric cables in the catwalks near the landing areas.

Added a second stabilizer with weights that is tied to a PID to counteract the weight shifts when new helicopters land on the deck.
