Also added spawnmenu subcategory "Specialties" but this doesn't appear to work on Linux version of the game? Not sure if this is something to do with using x64 binaries, the Linux native patches, or what.

Minor changes to weapon range and spread behavior:

-Increased bullet spread when aiming down sights
-Damage now drops off past 55 meters; bottoms out at 10dmg/bullet past 75m, rendering it ineffective at great distance.

These changes prevent the weapon from being used as a sniper, while facilitating its intended usage - it should now take out 2-3 avg. enemies with one shot, at a distance of ~50m.
