v2.1 Release

I. LICENSE PLATE EXPANSION

1. Merged out-of-state vehicle definition, which helps reduce the number of variants that need to be loaded. Or in short, less memory use from the game.

2. License Plate Expansion has completed the conversion for the following Add-Ons:
- Jazzycat's AI Traffic Pack.
- Jazzycat's Classic Car Pack.

3. Adjusted series spawn rate
- All custom/vanity series spawn rates have been reduced by 30 - 50%
- All discontinued/historical series' spawn rates have been reduced by 100%

II. ELECTRIC/HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE SPAWN RATE REWORK

1. California: Increased spawn rate by 300%
2. Texas: Increased spawn rate by 100%
3. Nevada: Decreased spawn rate by 120%
4. Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma: Decreased spawn rate by 50%
5. South Dakota and Wyoming will now have the lowest possible spawn rate for these vehicles, as both states have less than 1 hour per day of traffic and less than 10000 registrations for electric/hybrid electric vehicles.

These vehicle spawn locations have also been modified slightly, with the majority of them now being mostly in urban areas (which is defined by the game or in map mods).

III. TEMPORARY COLOR PROFILE ADJUSTMENT (ADD-ONS)

- Increased the number of shades for muted color by 25% for each color, including white, black, gray, and silver.
- Adjusted dark/bright shade ratio. It will now be 80%/20% (instead of 40%/60%).
- Replaced 2 bright blue shades with 2 cyan shades.
- Replaced 2 bright red shades with 2 dark velvet shades.
- Replaced 1 orange-yellow shade with 1 tangerine shade.
- Green color will now have only dark shades.

The above changes are applied to normal vehicles only. Muscle/Sport and Classic/Antique vehicles remain mostly unchanged to maintain their unique color pattern.

IV. OTHER FIXES/CHANGES

- Fixed missing parked model for Mack RD - Reported by Drive Safely. I have also fixed same additional error for Tow and Hyrail trucks while fixing the other bug.
- Fixed missing parked model for Ford Crown Victoria - Reported by Drive Safely
- Fixed some mismatched spawn conditions for antique vehicles from Jazzycat's Classic Car pack.
- Added additional parameter to ensure Ford S-Max and Mercedes C-Class T-Modell don't spawn in parking lots - Reported by Jacopo87
- Added/adjusted tag for all non-commercial vehicles, from both main mod and add-ons. This will help the parking variant look more accurate (such as fewer luxury brands can be spotted). This process will also be extended to classic/antique vehicles in future updates to replace my previous method, which disables their parking spawn rate.

v1.8 Release

I.NEW

1.Added support for 2 new states:
MINNESOTA
- Current Car/UV/Pickup Truck market-share: 29.7% / 39.4% / 22.1%
- Adjusted all vehicle brands' spawn rate. Chevrolet and Ford brands have the highest spawn rate, while some models from SAAB, Jaguar, and Infiniti have very low spawn rates.
- Chevrolet Silverado, Ford F-Series, Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, and GMC Sierra will have a slightly higher spawn rate due to being best-selling models in 2024.

WISCONSIN
- Current Car/UV/Pickup Truck market-share: 31.3% / 38.5% / 21.6%
- Adjusted all vehicle brands' spawn rate. Chevrolet and Ford brands have the highest spawn rate, while some models from SAAB, Jaguar, and Infiniti have very low spawn rates.
- Chevrolet Silverado, Ford F-Series, Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, and GMC Sierra will have a slightly higher spawn rate due to being best-selling models in 2024.

2. Release RTD edition for grlk3512's ETS2 Traffic. Certain vehicles, such as Lamborghini Huracan or Mini Cooper R56, will have their spawn rate significantly lowered due to new spawn rules.

3. Release color expansion for grlk3512's ETS2 Traffic. While the majority of vehicles will have their paint chip profiles follow the standard European market, a few of them will have a slight change, which will be noted below:

FIAT 500L: The NA marketed version of FIAT 500L will use paint chips that are imported from Italy to USA, and re-sampled under Chrysler. Some colors are slightly darker, and some colors have also been excluded as they are not (yet) imported to USA.

LAMBORGHINI HURACAN: Color profile for Lamborghini Huracan will use paint chips from Ad Personam Program (a program that allows buyer to customize their vehicle with more vibrant and saturated colors compared to standard colors). I believe this would reflect the colors for a supercar like this better because these vehicles' owner tend to customize their vehicle with unique and fancy colors to make them stand out more.

II.STATISTICAL CHANGES
- Increased Ford Mustang spawn rate by 50% in Colorado. [MAIN MOD]
- Increased Chevrolet Camaro spawn rate by 75% in all states. [MAIN MOD]
- Increased Dodge Charger (standard variant) spawn rate by 60% in all states. [MAIN MOD]
- Increased Dodge Charger 2006 and 2009 spawn rate by 50% overall in all states. [JAZZYCAT'S AI TRAFFIC]
- Increased Volvo XC60 and XC70 spawn rate by 30% in Utah. [GRLK3512'S ETS2 TRAFFIC]
- Increased Honda Civic spawn rate by 120% in all states. [GRLK3512'S ETS2 TRAFFIC]
- Reduced all vehicles' trailer spawn rate by 100% in all states. This will reduce the problem in some areas that spawn too many car trailers for some reason. (This will be my solution at the moment due to game limitation to adjust more specific spawn rate.)
- Reduced Dodge Charger (sport variant) by 30% in all states except California, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, and Nevada. [MAIN MOD]
- Reduced BMW 5 Series G30 and E60 spawn rate by 80% in California. [MAIN MOD]
- Reduced Subaru WRX spawn rate by 25% in Oklahoma. [MAIN MOD]
- Reduced Mitsubishi Lancer spawn rate by 100% in all states. [GRLK3512'S ETS2 TRAFFIC]
- Reduced Jaguar XF spawn rate by 25% in all states except California and Texas. [GRLK3512'S ETS2 TRAFFIC]
- Reduced Fiat 500L spawn rate by 10% in all states except California. [GRLK3512'S ETS2 TRAFFIC]
- Reduced Mini Cooper spawn rate by 20% in all states except California, Washington, and Oregon. [GRLK3512'S ETS2 TRAFFIC]
- Reduced Mazda 3 spawn rate by 75% in all states. [GRLK3512'S ETS2 TRAFFIC]
- Reduced Volvo XC60 spawn rate by 30% in Arizona, Nevada. [GRLK3512'S ETS2 TRAFFIC]

III.OTHER FIXES/CHANGES
- Disabled parking for all antique vehicles to maintain their rarity. I found it is unrealistic to have them rarely appear in traffic but constantly show up at parking slots. There seems to be no way to adjust the parking spawn chance like with traffic from what I have learned so far, so this will be my solution for the time being.
- Disabled parking for some pickup truck models, as they are too big to fit in some parking slots. [MAIN MOD]
- Temporarily disabled some trailer cars for certain vehicles as they cause weird/glitchy hook-up points. [MAIN MOD]
- Fixed Freightline Solera spawn condition error. [MAIN MOD]
- GMC Sierra 1st gen, Dodge Durango, and Cadillac Eldorado spawn rate is changed from classic car to 20+ years old car. [JAZZYCAT'S AI TRAFFIC]
- Correctly adjusted car trailer attachment. Passenger car like Chevy Cruze, Toyota Corolla will no longer haul SUV, while also only haul small boat/camper van. [JAZZYCAT'S AI TRAFFIC]
- Disabled parking for Lamborghini Huracan to maintain its rarity. [GRLK3512'S ETS2 TRAFFIC]
- Added missing car move and horn sound. [GRLK3512'S ETS2 TRAFFIC]

Update: 10 May @ 7:41am
