Universal Changes:
+ It was stated that Helldivers online were not being heard with their corresponding voice choices, this issue has now been fixed
- The "Arrow Strategem" design option was moved to the start of the match instead, decreasing the likelihood of breaking online
- The Helldiver's armor "B-01 Tactical" had its material changed to sustain more damage, at the cost of making them a bit heavier (1.2 to 1.15)

DSpecial Strategem:
+ To make Strategem usage faster, the moment a Helldiver inputs a correct sequence of commands, the Strategem will be called immediately, no longer needing an extra confirmation input
+ Super Earth has approved the new "Visual Aid" change, which now shows the Strategem being called on top of the drop laser, including the Strategem's icon/name as well as their call-in timer
+ Whenever a Strategem is in cooldown, the "inactive" icon is more apparent, making it easier for Helldiver troops to identify that in the heat of battle

Support Weapons:
- The Machine Gun was liberating way too hard, heavier bullets require heavier handling, the Helldiver now has more frames of startup and endlag when handling this weapon, as well as less ammo overall
- The Flamethrower's cannister were being sent out above the intended capacity, meaning it could be seen as a risk liability to the Helldivers, meaning they now have less ammo overall
+ The Railgun had a weapon defect previously, where the charge would take longer than intended to reach its usable state, meaning the gun now charges faster

Artillery
- The 500kg Bomb was proving more harmful to the Helldivers rather than their intended target due to the bomb's lasting duration, to circumvent this we made the 500kg Bomb hitbox last for 30 frames instead of the previous 50

NSpecial - Liberator
- Just like the Machine Gun, the Liberator also "feels" heavier to use, meaning it has more frames of startup and endlag

FSpecial - Democratic Dive
- Whenever Helldivers used this maneuver to dodge from missplaced explosions, they could accidentally hit their allies with their bodies, to circumvent this we made the FSpecial active time last for a shorter amount of time

UStrong and DStrong Projectiles
- Free use of these powerful weapons were proving way too overcentralizing and "too easy", Helldivers need to give their all in the battlefield, higher risks mean higher rewards and recognition from Super Earth! Meaning that UStrong and DStrong projectiles will now stun the Helldiver whenever they get parried

DStrong
- The frag grenades were made more durable and "democratic", sadly that comes at the cost of their weight, meaning that the DStrong Forward Throw is no longer as fast as it used to be
