Added more name equivalencies, primarily where the name is only differentiated by one or two letters, i.e "Marya" and "Morya", "Brynden" and "Brandon", "Sara" and "Serra", "Lucimore" and "Lucamore".

This means that if a realm had a ruler named Lucimore, then a later ruler named Lucamore would become "Lucamore II", being treated as a variation of the same name.

Patch that cleans up a lot of the coding, and cuts out unfinished content that was taking up space. Fixed polygamy doctrine issue. Made the Starks use a full body version of their banner.
