Added a list of +/- 1,5,15 curse buttons

Reorganized the debug tab with a new dungeon folder button and added some in that subfolder (imp, thunderbird, shady trader, and equipment giver).
Added a button at the bottom of the debug menu to remove the player helmet visuals for all players. Client-sided :(
