- Helicopters re-implemented
-> New Helicopter folder (just like TNO everypony!!!), first tech is locked behind first helicopter SP.
-> Six support helicopter companies:
-> 1. Helicopter Brigade: Requires the experimental helicopters you get from the first SP. All-rounder.
-> 2. Recon: Requires scout helicopters.
-> 3/4. Logistics/Field Hospital: Requires transport Helicopters.
-> 5. Attack: Requires attack helicopters.
-> 6. Air Assault: Requires scout/transport/attack helicopters.

- Fixed 'true' boolean in arty technology ('true = yes' = true).
- Fixed position definitions in changeling techs being 'x = ... x = ...' instead of 'x = ... y = ...'.
- Rebalanced research costs of infantry technologies.
- Fixed air torpedo 4 dependencies.
- Gave Changeling Lands, Asterion, and Kiria unique modern airship (1028 Airship) sprites.
- Air-to-air missile upgrade now gives attack helicopter companies increased air attack.

- Nations with air facilities are incentivized to research basic airships to unlock the Heavy Airships SP. Additionally, the Storm Kingdom regents (warlords?) are further incentivized to actually complete the Heavy Airships SP (wonder why).
