Now properly reports progress to the next guild title. Turns out it's been broken for a while between b128 and b129. Sorry about that.

Made use of the TownRecord script file that has been modified in build 129. It will now support hooks.
When I have time I'll make the mods more future-proof, as this is just a temporary fix until Crackshell updates the TownRecord file again.
