* attempted fix for smoke fx (issue with fx not firing consistently - this is a game problem, not a map problem)

* slight angle change of one of the houses to improve field of fire
* vision blocker added behind house on left hand side facing base
* small splat/decal changes and additions

* enlarged team 1 position 1 space (was too cramped)
* changed building south of right VP to have windows facing the VP but not the base (thanks to Rosbone the original author for the suggestion!). This building was intended as a fallback building for team 2 in case they were pushed off the VP.

* added water splashes in river where appropriate
* added erosion around the river and slopes where appropriate
* added additional track splines
* tweaked a few grass / dirt edges
* added smoke FX to church and tall building on the right
