Hotfixed finisher not hitting properly when flipped

Added endlag to all of the moves that were missing it. (i think)
Changed the sound of "Traverse Dimension"
Adjusted "Rip Space" camera
Tweaked the timing of "Cleanup"
Changed afterimages
Lowered the super need for "Commence Cleanup"
Renamed and adjusted the movement of a few moves

One glaring bug that i know about
having a rift fizzle while another is still out causes it to stop working idk how to fix this
