Mostly just updated things to the latest patch, though some got extra tags that I only saw due to the latest patch. No tags were removed, so they *are* different to the latest patch.

Updated strings to more clearly show that Weapon Mastreries affect Rogue, Warlock, Warrior, and Paladin skills. I didn't realise that the tags didn't show in the skills.

Changed Resisting Touch from 10/20/40% Armour and Resists to a flat 10/20/30 amount that scales with NG+.

Buffed Inner Flames damage from 8>15 and added a global Fire damage modifier to its skill orb.

Also added Sword Tag to Chaos Blade. Look out for a new mod that modifies Chaos Blade to scale with both Weapon Power *and* Spell Power. It's in a separate mod due to the files it overwrites.

Arcane Tag added to all Wizard spells.

Arcane Weaponry renamed to Arcane Wisdom. Damage from 10/20/40% to 5/10/20% (because now it affects spells) but 4x effective on staves (20/40/80%). A reason to not run shield on Transmutation Wizard; trade off survivability for damage.

Axes Tag and Weapon Damage Scaling added to Whirling Axes.

Dagger and Wand Tags added to Soul Shaper (wands trigger it but staves don't. I like the idea of a specialist one-hander).

Dagger and Wand Tags added to Soul Vortex, as well as Weapon Damage Scaling.

Physical and Lightning Tags added to Chaos Blade and Chaos Gates.

Larger Weapon Damage Scaling added to Chaos Blade.

Exploding Demise damage back to vanilla but Fiends now only last 5s with it.

Dagger Tag added to FoK, Flurry, and Mortal Strike.

Spell, Fire, Physical, and Lightning Tags added to Demo where appropriate.

Fixed Paladin Subclass bug.

Mace tag added to Blessed Strike and Judgement.

Weapon Damage Scaling added to Blessed Strike.

Thanks to Muffin's help, I realised I was an idiot.

Storm Axes now properly does Ice and Lightning damage and does them on direct hits.

Boosted the % chances on Frost Sorc.

Added scaling from Weapon Damage (*NOT* Weapon Power) to Flurry, Mortal Strike, Judgement, Rain of Arrows, Leap, and Chains.

Changed Lawbringer and Punish the Wicked from Disarm and Silence to Weaken and Vulnerability to better help on bosses.

Changed Turn Undead to Resisting Touch. Now gives +10/20/40% Armour and Resists for 4 seconds on cast.

Lowered Soul Vortex cooldown from 30s to 20s.

Increased Fiend lifetime from 30s to 90s, but if Exploding Demise is taken, it lowers time to live to 10s.

Exploding Demise damage doubled.

Changed Culling Axes to Storm Axes. Now throws four axes and does Ice and Lightning damage on rebound (don't know why it doesn't on inital hit). Scales with Ice and Lightning Spell Tags, as well as Physical.

Buffed Burning Axes damage to compensate for only 2 axes compared to Storm's 4. Orbs are incompatible with each other.

Restored (and tweaked) Crackshell's Bleeding Axes. Now inflicts 1/2/3 bleeding stacks on hit.

Apparently, neither Second Wind change worked like I had hoped, and Primalist Strikes didn't scale with Lightning or Ice for the upgrades.

Second Wind now heals mercs, and should heal other players.
Primalist Strikes has had Ice and Lightning tags baked into the basic skill, as having them on the upgrades did nothing due to them being % based.
Primal Totems now have both Ice and Lightning scaling on *either* of the upgrades, due to the Ice orb just overwriting Lightning orb.

Neither of the last two changes are ones I *really* love, but they improve the scaling properly, which I want, and Primalist needs all the help it can get.

Also added Physical Tag to Magic Missiles. Why didn't this have this??

Fixed Archery skill spheres not affecting Crossbows properly.
Added Lightning Tag to Lightning Pillars orb.
Added Fire Tag to Fiery Leap orb.
Minor description and test fixes.

Changed Blastwave to Frostfire Bolt. Now adds 33%/66% damage as ice in addition to slow. Scales by both Fire and Ice Spell tags. Idea by user Pataco.

As per user Pataco's request, I've lowered the hydra spawned in one cast to two, but allowed multiple placements. Allows 2>4>6 placements when having the skill orbs. Also lowered the cooldown so that you can get more out. You may still need the Arcane Intellect cooldown reduction orb, though.
