Changed contrast (darkened) conquest overview panels to improve readability of the UI

Updated to sync w latest changes to game v1.050
-Note: some bugs in game like the foxhole direction issue will exist until devs provide a hotfix.

Added speech voiceovers for narrator and in-game alerts to improve players' situational awareness.

Added new music themed by player faction during gameplay.

Fixed bunkers and terrain on Peleliu to improve line of sight for units.

Fixed missing ocean on Alligator Creek

Removed obstacles on Iejima to improve vehicle pathing.

USMC equipment/loadouts revised for m1 camo helmets / p41 uniforms and p42 uniforms to better align with historical reality:
-tech tree units 1942-, 1943- and AR-squads will use m1 helmets / p41 uniforms with EGA emblem and then you progress to get veteran 1mar, 2mar and 3mar squads with the frogskin camo helmet covers and shoulder patches.

-1943+ squads equipped with m1 garand and thompson smg vs m1903 and m50 reising smg which were main small arms available when USA entered the pacific war.

Added quotes to loading screen from historical figures directly involved in pacific theatre of operations.

Equipment
-re-positioned the camo helmet slightly backward on the solider's head which allowed me to scale the helmet down some more without causing the model to clip through the helmet.

-added camo helmet covers to most marine units. Note: (1) only reinforcement units purchased after this update (in saved campaigns) or new campaigns started after this update will be equipped with new helmet covers. (2) officers, nco's and specialists retain existing m1 helmets.
