*Tweak* a few new sandbags+ spawn tweaks

*Tweak- Balancing* lowered french bot cap after more testing. The defense is more difficult for French players, this may get tweaked more. Right now the Germans lose a lot to make it into the city, but are still holding on to some reserves as they cap the smaller objectives.

*Tweak* Added Medical Corps to the French side in limited spawns. They are available at will from the player during the first 3 phases, after the Chapel/Medical bay is taken by the Germans these spawns dry up until the final stand. German Assault squads are given upgraded equipment and more secondary firepower.

*Experimental Tweak* Phase +0 now uses two objectives. The first objective is larger and encompasses the entire fortifications, while the second is smaller and within the rear of the point. Attacking AI will amass and cap the larger objective, then move in to attack the second objective without becoming stuck on sandbags.

*Update* Sandbag fortifications in Phase +0 and Phase +1 have been massively improved. Phase +1 has been turned into a desperate fort of sandbags and wagons - in order to protect the French defenders from gunfire coming downhill. A metric boat load of things has been placed all evening including trees, bushes, wagons, horses, barbed wire, crates, sandbags, and craters. Some spawns have been increased of sped up to make the battle bloodier.

*Tweaks* Phase +3 updated: Germans have pushed up a field gun to shoot directly at french positions within the market square.
