General:
- Implemented a Hotfix for the FTilt, which broke with the latest Rivals patch

Ftilt:
-Ftilt 1 endlag increased from 12(18) frames to 13(20) frames

Dspecial:
-Endlag on whiff increased from 30 frames to 32 frames. Endlag on hit remains unchanged
-Sweetspot base knockback reduced from 9 to 8
-Sommersault hitbox range decreased horizontally and vertically
+Sommersault late hit inwards hitbox size increased
-Sommersault early lower hitbox now has a 0.9x hitstun multiplier on it (in practice, this now means the upper and lower hitboxes have the same amount of hitstun)

Uspecial:
+Uspecial no longer goes into Pratfall! A new endlag animation has been added to accommodate this change
~Knockback changed on all charge levels to give them higher base knockback and lower scaling:
-lv0 - 5.5 base, 0.6 scaling to 6.5 base, 0.5 scaling
-lv1 - 6 base, 0.7 scaling to 7 base, 0.6 scaling
-lv2 - 6.5 base, 0.8 scaling to 7.5 base, 0.7 scaling
-lv3 - 7 base, 0.9 scaling to 8 base, 0.8 scaling
