Some slight changes before the deadline:
Dspec:
Greatly increased descent speed when used in the air: 10 -> 15
Slightly shrunk vivians hurtbox in veil state, in order to make her more difficult to hit.

Fspec:
Changed vfx of the explosion. Cuz i felt like it.

Dattack:
Changed angling of first hitbox: 40 -> 35
Changed knockback of second hitbox:
Bkb: 10 -> 9
Kbs: 0.4 -> 0.2
These changes should hopefully make it lead into the second hit better
Changed angling of second hit: 80 -> 90

Dtilt:
Changed angling: 65 -> 70
