Reworked Covenant Corvette Explosions

Reworked UNSC Corvette Explosions

Fixed Covenant not playing laser sounds

Removed old AF beam SFX

Added new AF beam SFX

Added a targetable hardpoint to the CRS COVN

Removed Fighter and Bomber targeting from COVN torps

Changed COVN Space Station Health to increase by 40k (total between shield and Health) per upgrade

Changed UNSC Space Station to start at 20k Health and Increase by 30k till tech five where it matches COVN

- These are ballpark numbers and are not meant to be considered "balanced" They are meant to work for the time being

Removed the ability to see mines across the map from the start of game (not from radar)
