Did very basic ballpark Balancing on 2 ships for COVN

Fixed an issue where AS beams were firing at fighters still COVN

Fixed Ultra fire rate on CPV COVN

Increased Range of Space stations to be 50 meters longer than ships ALL

Found out mines were not producing income, now 100 per 5 seconds ALL

Fixed Lasers on COVN

Added New Fuel Rod Variant for banshees (Does less damage) COVN

Increased Mine health from 4500 to 14500 Due to it being 2 shot by MACS

Fixed CRS issues? It may still have missiles miss it?
