CRASH FIX: Mounted Culverin were causing crashes at the start of battles with them in it.

Fixed issue with Carabineiros heads being half invisible.

Removed Stand and Fight from the Encubertados since it crashes on use.

Final balance update for awhile, cleaning up things I forgot to finish.

Portuguese Artillery balance goes like this:

Bombard: 700range 30ammo cant move
Naval Cannon: 700range 20 ammo, can move slowly
Foot Cannon: 600 range, 20 ammo, can move a bit faster
Mounted Cannon: 600 range, 25 ammo, can "run" and move the fastest.
