Outpost PC is no longer on by default

That's it for now, small update

You can now strip outpost service panels for their wires at risk of electrocution. They also output a constant wire signal until you do this, in which case they stop sending the signal. When broken the panels drop a version without any of these functions.

Added some "cheat codes" to assist people who test mods (read debug.macros.patch to see)

Resprited capture station so that it frees up 2 blocks to the side of the monitor.

liquids can flow through foundry girders now

Modified meteor shower meteors to leave more craterlike craters, and also leave behind meteor dust.

Metal Trap Doors (the ones on scorched planets) now drop themselves when broken.

Loudspeakers now can be placed on foreground walls (This has pissed me off for ages)
