this one was delayed so bad but for good reason

  • OVERHAULED THE INFECTION TRACKER :D it now says stuff dynamically depending on location and # of prince encounters, as well as if you've beaten that ending AND also tells how much the current region is infected
  • added an option for giving Prince a few more options, i'm too exhausted to say what

Added a rot tracker! (in the settings)
- In the sleep screen's warp menu thing, underneath region names you can now see if a region is infected or not. This is mostly useless with the new patch, though this does also tell you if a region is infectable. If a region can not be infected, it is labeled as 'Pure'.

* added a toggle for making tentacles release you when entering ripplespace
* tried to add several things but coding is annoying and most didn't work
* adjusted the panic values for barnacles so hopefully they won't be eternally panicking

<BUG FIXES>
* i overlooked something and forgot to put a check in, causing mud to just not do anything at all if you had it at default value. this has been fixed and mud works as usual, regardless of whether you've changed its duration or not
* fixed a crash that apparently could happen if you had the No Ripple Tear setting enabled (sorry to my friend who had to experience this several times)

Added an option to enable passive poison healing, as well as an option to allow leeches to drain poison from the player, similar to frogs
