- Wretched Eyes have no more mercy. they should properly detect projectiles now

[+] Wretched Eyes now activate against all projectiles regardless of immunity
[+] Wretched Eyes locked on to Bloodflowers can now target players. this does not ignore projectile invulnerability

[+] increased the range of Eternal Hunger and slightly increased the speed of Sustainers
[+] Sustainers now hit on frame 9

[+] Arc of Misfortune and Palm of Life can now have their movements adjusted with a toggle
[-] Palm of Life now resets momentum to reduce aerial movement
