Changed the way that Frostbite Slash's presentation worked. It will no longer show the freeze 0% chance to hit when Prestige is equipped. Freeze will now only show when the target is chilled.

Exalted Knight's damage formulas have been adjusted. It was never intended for augments/triggers to be involved in skill formulas, which was leading to some extremely unbalanced numbers.

Prestige has been changed. Frostbite Slash will no longer push the target. now, if the target is chilled (prior to Frostbite Slash's use) they will be Frozen. Ruinous Slash will now cover the target in oil instead of causing Blind.

Passive changes:

Autowall duration on both has been reduced to 50 (was 60)

Prestige has reduced all 'bonus' abilities chances to hit by half. They are now a *bonus* not a guarantee. (Push effect is unchanged)


Action changes:

Volt Slash: Stun is no longer a guarantee, it is now half of your hit chance.

All other abilities have been adjusted to have their bonus abilities *NOT* hit the target even if the attack missed. For Example: Ruinous Slash's "Itchy" effect was activating on the target even if the attack itself missed. This has been fixed.

FX update removing weapon effects from all skills. They were never meant to be there.
