Tweaked the spawns a bit and room attraction for certain creatures and added an additional shelter to the east, as well as batfly hives to the west. Also fixed some unreachable areas, notably in Vapor Tunnels due to lack of poles.

Fixed WAGR_ST_PASS1 room setting being assigned to my levels folder for arena instead of the region's room folder
