Bug Fixed:
- Added Library of Utils and therefore fixed Fumo in Stage 3 and Stage 5 can not pick up
- Fixed the behavior of Rumia in Stage 2

-Fixed survivors can not transfer to next stage in stage 3 when they skipped

-Reduced most damages in stage 2
-Added more tanks in stage 3
-Added more medical items in stage 4

-Removed barrels during scavenge in stage 4
