buffed bleed rate slightly to compensate for heal rate nerf

Corrected Heal Rates to account for HP heal formula, which is
HealRate * (MaxHealth / 100) per 22 minutes

Now, the races heal this much HP per 22 in-game minutes:
*Shek: 0.9 HP
*Greenlander: 1.1 HP
*Scorchlander: 1.2075 HP
*Hive Soldier Drone: 1.3 HP (body)
*Hive Prince/Worker: 1.425 HP (body)

Hivers will heal faster in their heads since they have greater max HPs there.

Before these changes, the rate of healing was very similar between races. When balancing them, I wanted the lower HP races to heal faster, and vice versa. Now, that should be the case.

This is also a buff to blood heal rate for the races (except Shek). The formula for it is
HealRate * 3.2

Hive Prince/Worker Heal Rate 1.2x -> 1.3x
Hive Prince Head HP 95 -> 100

I've always felt since I first started this mod that there still wasn't enough reasons to play Princes/Workers over Soldiers, but this should help address that. I might buff heal rates even more in the future.
I gave Hive Princes slightly more Head HP so that there's slightly more incentive to play them over Hive Worker Drones.
