-Added immunity to non-vampire attrition for necromaner lords and heroes
-Added -200 detection chance for necromancer factions, -30% ambush success chance

-Removed necromancer hero restriction for all factions. I may use a different method to add it back later.

1.1 Bloodlines Return
-Vampire sub-factions can now use the bloodline mechanic
