BIG UPDATE
MissionType blacklists have been implemented. You can blacklist missions from getting SitReps in general via GlobalMissionTypeExclusions, by default this only includes Gatecrasher; you can even include blacklists on a per-Category basis, by including the new parameter ExcludeMissionTypes, the example config has been updated to show this.

Small patch to ensure the game doesn't try to generate non-existent SitReps. Also fixed a small double-logging issue.
