empty offset textboxes should no longer break the spawner ui when pressing the "apply offset" button. instead sets the offset of the part to 0, 0

and you guessed it, more descriptions

AGAIN WITH THE OFFSETS!!! this time i forgot to grab offset values when generating the player list and the middle portrait. should be working now!!

More descriptions for the title because at this point im just finding excuses to add more of them to the mod

fixed a previous default offset fix because last time i forgot to divide some numbers! should be all goo now

i forgort to update the version number in the uploader. whoops :3c

Grabs offsets from the portraits instead of defaulting them to [0,0] which should prevent heads not having accurate offsets sometimes

Added random window descriptions to the GUI! they act kind of like minecraft splash text thingys in the menu
