Patch 1 -

Added assets for the "medic" (vanilla assets but not added to live yet)

Gave access for classes to wear other classes default skin since they're basically the same with small variations (sunglasses or no sunglasses).

A bunch of edits to tooltips & descriptions. Should be more descriptive now.
