Base damage is being reduced to highwayman levels from crusader. I felt combined with the damage mods from the fire and mark it made the nuke a tad bit too much. I tweaked the tooltips to look a bit better using other mods for reference. Some skills were changed to provide a little bit more utility such as omnipistol blast being a stress heal (Omnipistol blast was rarely pressed in comparison to the other utility skills). Flame thrower gets a dodge debuff so it can be used like a pseudo battle ballad acc for the party.

Slightly nerfed eldritch fire. Hp reduction from 20% => 25%. Apply when hit has been changed to apply on riposte to encourage all ability usage.

Made mark do a crit debuff for all attacks rather than just fire as I felt that it could help make the mark move synergize better with mark based teams.

Fire attack was removed from omnipistol. I wanted to provide greater distinction between the two modes. In order to get the fire damage payout you would need to go mecha man. Also I felt that human mode you could just sit in and spam the taser and omni pistol for big damage. In fire teams it made omnipistol a bit bonkers and kind of overshadowed some characters like musketeer in rank 4 damage. I also wanted to make dredges mark more valuable for human mode.
