I did the melee unlocker myself, it's in alphabetical order now + i also enabled cola + diesel on all maps (shouldn't cause any issues but you can spawn them via console cheats on l4d1 maps now)

Frying pan, Riot shield (new!), Shovel and Tonfa can decapitate now!
