Slight change to the way the Bracelet abilities work.

They used to be able to summon the item out of bounds (For example: fire on a wall that shouldn't happen), This has been corrected.

Ice Bracelet also now has a chance to spawn the frozen puddles underneath the target.

What didn't change? (Dragon Scale, that's it)

All Bracelet skills have had their damage formula updated along with tooltip changes with this.

Lightning Bracelet had a minor FX overhaul.

Lancet's damage (and health regen) have both been adjusted. Greatsword Dragoon was getting *FAR* to much health on return.

Jump has had its damage formula tweaked slightly.

Dragon Heart has received a major buff. It's duration has been changed to 175 TTA.

Passive changes:

Dragon Heart duration has been reduced to 80 (was 150) this was an absolutely massive number and was giving the user far to much leniency. Bringing it down to 80 gives the user about 2 turns of 'safety' to plan with. 150 was just giving you an immortal army.

Dragon Scale duration has been reduced to 20. 60 Duration after testing (and feedback) was way to long and was invalidating Warden as a party member.

Action changes

Lancet was calculating the user's defense in the amount of health regenerated. this was unintentional and has been fixed.

Jump's damage has been adjusted so now it actually *feels* like the single target ultimate attack it's supposed to be.

Fixed an Error with Flame Bracelet including the weapon's natural element. This was unintended and leading to some effects where wind weapons would cancel the fire.

Flame Bracelet and Ice Bracelet have been adjusted to where they can spawn fire/ice puddles under the target.They are still subject to their *chance* to summon. This change does not affect Lightning Bracelet at all.

FX update removing weapon effects from all skills. They were never meant to be there.

No skills were changed. It was only a few cosmetic changes on the "Bracelet" skills.

Dragoon's Jump had the wrong skill icon (it was still using Sailor's Rope Toss) That's fixed now.
