Merge in changes from the 42.10.0 build

Fixed an issue that was preventing casting from working if the build menu cheat was not enabled.

Fixed the controller glyphs when selecting a casting location so only working buttons are shown and they have the correct text

Updated casting cursor to turn red if on an invalid tile

Restructured the implmentation of the mod to increase compatiblity with other mods and changes in the vanilla code

Increment version number
