MAJOR UPDATE!

Brand new main menu screen

Added 12 new music sets from every Halo game up to Reach

Added a new heavier Autocannon, the M66 Sentry

Added UNSC fusion rockets/drives, each with little lore dump in their manufactories

Added in a micro Plasma Torpedo silo based on N'weo-pattern Gigas-bomber.

Re-worked the Archer pods, so now they mirror properly and shoot from the side instead of forwards.

Re-worked most Plasma Torpedo silos, they now have a much longer reload speed but hit harder and fire in slow 3-round bursts

Renamed the Coilgun to better fit its role (again)

Overhauled Covenant shields (again)

Fixed a bunch of minor bugs and issues

Fixed a lot a misc issues

Major UNSC art overhaul, the Rampart, Spitfire (now M60 Sentry), and the missile pods.

Minor increase to the Sentry's range, damage, and bullet speed.
Range: 2400 -> 2800
Damage: 13800 -> 14800
Bullet Speed: 1800 -> 2100

Greatly decreased the MAC speeds
Light MACS reload time: 2 -> 25
Heavy MAC reload time: 4 -> 30

Changed how Covenant shields work, they are now much more powerful, but they also take much more power to stay charged.
Small Cov Shield: Strength: 62500 -> 37500. Charge Req: 25 -> 1250
Med Cov Shield: Strength: 300000 -> 6250000. Charge Req: 655 -> 145555
Large Cov Shield: Strength: 2500000 -> 13750000. Charge Req: 10001 -> 387555

Gave the Covenant shields custom sounds from Halo: Reach, so they now sound like Halo shields.

Fixed the desc in the Plasma Focusers

Added the Valiant-class Super Heavy Cruiser's MAC, the 50GE1A Heavy MAC.

Removed the limit on all the parts

Re-worked all the UNSC missiles, resulting in a major buff + a slight performance increase.

Made the Heavy MACS use the MAC multiplier instead of the Railgun multiplier resulting in a buff.

Changed the MAC extender's names to 'coil', to make it a little more lore accurate.

Increased the MAC multiplier's mult so it's a 100% buff per coil.

Made the Plasma Torpedoes not being able to be targeted by pd guns so it doesn't tank performance
