-Invisible bin should now despawn if all cats were put into cat boxes

-Increased height of cage triggers

-Re-adjusted cat box triggers but they can still trigger from outside the box

-Removed large cat that was used for testing
-Moved all fish cans to starting area

-Improved cat AI to work a little better if 2 player mode (Still a bin for other players)
-Cat will only spawn between 20 and 60 seconds so it is a little more fair
