2.5 Re-rework of Chimney Canopy. Update Room log
- softened the transition to the scav rooms of Outskirts

2.4.3 some technical changes
- fixed WARD map
- fixed width of slim Outskirts rooms
- WARC and WBLA syntax. All rift rooms are now Watcher conditional linked

- completely changed the Stormy Coast rift room
(figured out how the Rain effect works with Geometry - very slim borders left and right)

2.4 Syntax rework of warp regions (except wora and wara)
Outskirts and Shaded Citadel rework (Vanilla maps don't work, can't fix that), they have new spawns. Fresh save recommended.
> ! Arachnophobia warning: Shaded Citadel got a few "web" rooms (indicated by cobweb decoration) dedicated for spiders; don't explore the cobweb rooms if you have an issue with spiders.

Attempted fix for stuck Scavengers in Torrential Railways (for if you bring them) and Cold Storage,
3 rooms.
Removed bad warp Region Elite to avoid possible dublication.
