Apologies- apparently somethign I did this morning affected the ability to recruit the actual Helldivers and SEAF Armies, so I edited and fixed that.

Now I am currently working on trying to fix the technology to unlock the Patriot Exosuit and other awesome ways to further democracy!

After some challenges with getting the new civics to work, I decided to remove them for the time being, so that all the features are armies and technology relating to these armies. I will be working on a separate mod to create more civics for those who wish to spread managed democracy across the galaxy, as well as some Helldivers 2 buildings.

At this moment, I plan to make 3 buildings for this mod before i can consider it complete, despite the fact I can't seem to get localisation to work on my end.

- A Super Earth engineering tech tree
Super Earth Exosuits - Unlocks Patriot Exosuit and Strafing Talon Rig
Fortified Democracy - Unlocks the Heavy Devastator Suit
Orbital Deployment Protocols - Unlocks the Democracy Dropper assault mech

- New Armies:
Patriot Exosuit
Heavy Devastator
Strafing Talon Rig
Democracy Dropper

- New Civic
Super Earth Militarism (gives boost to army damage, buildtime, and morale)
Ministry of Truth (boosts army buildtime and governing ethics attraction)
