- fixed forward special special's endlag being projectile immune instead of down special's digging windows

- forward special now sets your hsp to -1 instead of -2 after hitting things

- fixed a bug where repeated uses of enhanced down special without using unenhanced down special would repeatedly apply the hitbox buff

- made back air's initial hitbox a little less wide
