- Re-implimented Rush Jet input CSS toggle
- Fixed issues with Specials not working in playtest mode
- Fixed improper Rush recoloring on the accurate megaman alt

Utilt:
- Hsp restrictions no longer apply during the start up

Fstrong:
- Full charge explosion hitbox size reduced 140x140 -> 120x120

Dstrong:
- Spike kbs reduced .5 -> .4

Bair:
- Kb adjusted 8/.75 -> 7/.8

Fspecial
- Wall stall time reduce 30 -> 14
