- Rend and Stagger proration 0 -> 2

- Added New move in Domain "Roar"
- Roar will stop runners by slowly sucking in them towards the domain. This can also affect some of heion's traps

- Added new domain move "Shift"
- Costs 1 super
- Shifts any of your projectiles in a selected direction
- New Domain Passive added
- Every 50 ticks, a random projectile will spawn above heion
- These include Cleave, Dismember, Fracture, Sever, and Fragment

- Implode will auto trigger some traps on the field
