SOG dependancy dropped
SPEX and Simc_LCD_44 dependancy added for the guns
Added Campaign Hat Officer with field cord variant
Changed some vehicle ammo pools to stock new mags

Added:
-Winter subcategory, using SOG and SPE facewear and stuff.
-Military Police SMG and Rifle soldiers.
-MP Willys.
-Campaign Hat's cord version.
-Bicycle unit.
-Winter and MP mk.2 helmets.
-Driver unit with m1903 to replace regular rifleman with Garand rifle as cars crew.

Changed:
-All subcat's repair specialists and sappers now utilize SPE and SOG shotguns.
