Jab: Jab 3 was readjusted to start sooner

Forward Tilt: Higher Knockback scaling

Forward Air: Higher knockback scaling

Up Air: Higher knockback scaling

All Strongs: Now can't be used as long as the shield is still up

Up Strong: Now has a hitbox that pulls opponents into the attack, along with a new animation. To compensate the move was made slightly weaker

Forward Special: Now pauses during hitstun

Neutral Special: Code for catching the shield was optimized, hopefully this fixes previous crashes but I haven't tested it

Victory Theme: Steven now has multiple quotes he can say during the victory theme

Jab: Steven now has a traditional 3 hit jab combo

Down Special: Move is overall shorter

Up Strong: Readjusted hitbox timing to align with the new animation

Down Tilt: Features different animation when using alts

Strong attacks have been readjusted to be more balanced with longer end lag

Up tilt has been readjusted to fit the new animation

Down Air now caps out at 2 bounces

Neutral Special default throw distance increased

Taunt now plays hessonite's theme when Steven is on his last life (can be forced by holding attack while taunting)

Neutral Special:
You can now charge the shield throw, causing it to fly further and hit harder. In addition if the shield is reflected you can catch the shield and immediately throw it back charged up. Cooldown after shield despawns was also massively reduced.

Dash Attack: Slower startup, but no longer has a cooldown
