Fixing stroke reduction on hole 9 to prevent double applying

Changes to par on most holes to make it easier.
Slight changes to hole 9 to make goals a little more obvious (removed misleading targets)
Added pity timeout goal for hole 13 if you somehow get super unlucky on your lava bounces
