Mod is basically complete. Reworked all the trinkets I wanted to rework.

Some specific changes:
- all the Comet of Madness trinkets now have buffs for specific character abilities
- most characters now have a specific ability improved by 1 of their original class specific trinkets
- reworked the bleed and blight herbs (plague doctor) to do unique effects
- added a new trinket Decaying herb for the Plague doctor that provides both blight/bleed chance since the blight and bleed trinkets lost those
- added a general trinket for everyone, the Ancient Ring that provides piercing damage
