Fixed Heaven's Hairpin giving stress resist when light is below 75 light, now properly gives when above 75 light

Book of Holiness
- no longer gives damage or stress resist above 75% light
- +3 ACC when light above 75
- +3% CRIT when light above 75
- +3 SPEED when light above 75

Flesh Heart (Boss trophy)
- now gives restores 15% life from 10% life but only 33% of the time, instead of 50%

- Gamblers charm - simplified
- Gamblers charm - reduced average DMG from 3 dmg to 2 dmg on hit
- Gamblers charm - no longer deals 5 self DMG on miss but has 10% chance to inflict 5 self DMG on hit
- changed houndmasters collar - now has 33% increased damage from 20% but only if the target is bleeding
- Wrathful Bandana - Bola DMG 25% -> 33%
- Wrathful Hat - Sidearm DMG 30% -> 33%
- Insanity ring increased most stats to balance out the insane sanity requirement (heh)
- Ethereal crucifix increasd from 25% to 33% DMG to Eldritch and Unholy
- Wounding Helmet - increased stacking DMG from 3% to 4%
- Fortifying Garlic - added the missing stat to it but all now give 30% res instead of 33%
- Cleansing amulet - now gives +40% stun resistance, alongside 40 debuff and 40% disease resist
