Scarlatia(SLA):
-Added 38 Focus Descriptions (Made by Leety)
-Added 2 new flags (with variants) for socialists and communist (Made by Tinya)
-SLA and SPC(Communist) have different color tags

Vampyria(Spoilers):
>Vampyria has a new flag and a variant change after conquering EU
>Mankind has recieved a new portrait
>Added decisions to coerce small EU nations into your Vampire terror
>Added new Vampyrian Vassal puppet with more EU custom puppet names
-Fixed Red general to not add communist popularity in this path
-Vampyria puppets now spawn with a small zombie army to defend themselves

>Created a new music mod: "Scarlatia Extended Music" featuring 6 radios and 63 different tracks (Themed to characters)

Scarlatia(general):
-Added 25+ New Focus icons for Initial tree
-Added Koakuma as a new character
-Added Flandre Scarlatescu as a new character (Expanded later on)
-Added 4 custom medals to assign to units
-Added decision to improve 'Economic Trend' every 4 years
-Added 13 decisions tied to the Economy of Scarlatia
-Extra. Characters Decisions are unlocked at the start (No need to wait a few years)
-Player obtains land/air facilities in the post-2nd C.W. tree
-Sakuya can be further trained into a general
-Remilia can become a marshal (In Vampyria too)
-Party specific Bonuses lowered from 50% to 35% (perhaps needs balancing)

Scarlatia(SFP):
-Added 15 Focus descriptions.
-Balanced the Balance of Power(BoP) of Purity(Slight buff) Vs Pragmatism(Slight buff too).
Scarlatia(SLA):
-Fixed communist not able to have an improving economic trend (don't laugh)
-Balanced Balance of Power of Practicality(Slight buff) Vs Revolutionary(Slight nerf) spirits
-Fixed the SLA ending

Vampyria(Spoilers):
-New event for Sakuya recruitment. (Vampyria Variant)
-Improved Remilia ending
-Fixed blood going into negatives
-Fixed one ending where blank nation formed the pacific federation
-Localization in national spirits

Other fixes:
-Romania influence shouldn't increase that fast
-Banat influence can't go to negatives, it will clamp weekly
-Localization fixes (State names + others)
-Some events have recieved their localization
-France is able to join the allies (Hopefully)
-Fixed some laws/policies with the new ideologies
-War state modifiers properly dissapear when 2nd Carp. war ends
-Patchouli is easier to unlock

Romania should lose it's guarantee of independence in their wars as well as leave factions. (Can obtain foreign help)
Scarlatia should be able to lose without needing for the decision timer to run out (capture Cluj or 95% Surrender limit)

Scarlatia has to hold key states to actually core Romanian states

Hotfix 1

- Fixed the Intro screen (Again)
- Start Our Reunification war now costs 14 days
- USSR won't declare war against Scarlatia/Romania for Besarrabia (for now)

Changelog. V 0.1.1

-Remilia decision not being greyed out when Remilia is not avaliable
-Romanian oil trade spirits still on during and after the war
-Some interface fixes(Experience being cut when it has 3 digits)
-Allied occupation in Hungary, improved the national spirits and nation name
-Hungary shouldn't declare to Scarlatia too early.
-Localization fixes(typos and others)
-slight nerf to the energy plant (+30% to +25% max factories state)
-Fixed some leaders not showing up (A few)
-Intro screen has been fixed and changed "Overview" tab to "Guide" tab (Guide paths)
-Added Scripted peace deal when Romania capitulates to Scarlatia (2nd C. War) - Still is preferable to let the decision do it's thing.
-Changed event "Path Guide" to be in the Intro screen under the tab "Guide"
-Not all changes were recorded, like a few small balances and focuses effects improvement
