All gun reload speeds increased by 20%(expect PKM,Ram-2)
-PKM has no change
-Ram-2 reload speeds increased by 30%

Increased the average armor piercing of all guns to 3.0.
(I think the first version of the mod didn't work, sorry!)

SPAS-14 and M860 Cracker reload two rounds at a time.

PKM's firing speed increased by 20%.
